upscale neighborhoods in Miami?

I’m trying to find out more about Miami neighborhhoods and I want to know of some good upscale neighborhoods that are close to where all the fun is. So a few I want to know more about is South Beach, Coconut Grove, and Midtown. I would prefer an area with a mix of blacks and latinos. I’m also trying to look for an area thats suitable for someone thats 19-21yrs old.

Well with Fisher Island you have to take a car ferry to get off when you want to leave.
There are alot of Up scale neighborhoods in Miami, alot of rich people live in Miami, and just about every neighborhood will have Latinos this Miami we are talking about and Blacks are spread around too but not as much. All homes south of 63rd street on Miami Beach are up scale. No homes under $650,000 and apartments under $230,000. Coconut Grove has some very expensive homes, Midtown is a nice new development, Downtown Miami has alot of new upscale condos going up. Coral Gables is a little bit far from the city but very nice. Of course there is star island and the Palm island hibiscus island, sunset islands, North Bay Road.
Near downtown there is Bay Point a private gated community 5 minutes from Downtown, 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from south beach. All these areas are very expensive and very diverse. 19-21 year old I recommend a condo in South Beach or Somewhere Downtown.
